- Answer Hey, Penny! We recommend cleaning the inside of the ice machine where the water is poured with a mild soapy water, making sure that you thoroughly rinse and drain with water. You can also drain the water through the bottom drain. We hope this helps! ~Courtney

QuestionMy machine makes a speaking noise and does this when it ts making and dumping the ice what could it be and would it be worth it to try and fix or just get another. I have enjoyed it for a year.

- Answer It was hard to read the question(s) without proper punctuation. Not sure what you mean by a speaking noise. Does it say something like "Your ice is ready?" Does it still work? The sound might be fixable but if you can actually see sparks don't use it. Have you got an estimate to repair? Do you think it's worth it to get another?

QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the ice pieces themselves? And are they easily chewable? As in when you go to chew them, they aren’t very hardship and just fall apart?

- Answer You could, but when the ice tray is full, my experience is the ice begins to melt. That said, it drains back into the supply basin and once the ice tray is no longer full the unit makes fresh ice. The only countertop unit I found that keeps ice frozen is about $500. Too rich for my blood :)

QuestionI love my new ice maker which I just got on 1/26/2021 and after about 6 hours of using it there is a loud noise coming from it which cause me to turn it off, why would that be happening with only using it 6 hours after receiving it.

- Answer No direct water line, you fill it as needed and the tray it goes in is made with holes so if your not using it as fast as it makes ice, the melted ice goes back to the water supply!! no wasted water!!

- Answer I use the small setting and I get 8 each drop (5mins or less) which is very fast in my opinion! I drink 44oz cups of water several times (2-3) daily and it keeps up with me!!! If you fill it with water it will continue making ice until all the water is used!!!
