Q: QuestionMy new oven preheats to correct temperature but will not maintain that temp. 50 degree drop within 30 minutes after preheating to 350. Did a calibration of +25 degree, let cool then tried again. Dropped 25 degree below initial setting of 350 what’s wrong?

Q: QuestionDoes the oven hold half-sheet pans? Also, if it does, do they fit in the 6 different rack slots with or without the rack? I do a lot of baking and it would be nice to have more than two levels of foods at one time.

Regarding the rack slots, this model has 5 rack positions, but it is important to note that the oven’s interior can handle up to two standard racks (one at the middle and one at the bottom). The half-sheet pans should fit in these slots without the rack, but for the best results with multiple layers of baking, you may need to make sure that the pans are placed in a way that allows for even air circulation for optimal baking. ~Juan

Q: QuestionWill delivery be inside the house to room of choice? no steps, entrance is 35" wide Does haul away include disconnecting the old oven? Just to confirm, installation is not offered, right?
