Very difficult to access the clips on top of the gray pan… I do use a long screw driver and paper towels to sop/soak up the water and mold. Did not get it totally clean, since very tight space.

I’m sorry to hear you found mold and water in the drain pan; it’s important to clean this area to ensure proper function. To clean out the gray drain pan above the condenser and remove any mold or water, here’s a general guide on how to do it: 1. Unplug the Wine Cooler. 2. Locate the Drain Pan (at the back of the wine cooler near the bottom, just above the condenser coils). 3. Remove the Pan: The pan is usually secured with clips or fasteners, but it might be able to slide out easily if there’s no fastener. *If there are clips or screws, use a screwdriver to gently remove them and then slide the pan out. *Be careful not to damage any surrounding components while pulling it out. 4. Clean the Pan: Once removed, clean the pan using warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. For the mold, you can use a solution of white vinegar or mild bleach solution to scrub away any buildup. Make sure to rinse the pan thoroughly and dry it completely before reinserting it. 5. Reinstall the Pan: After cleaning, carefully slide the pan back into its original position. Secure it with clips or screws if necessary. 6. Check the Area for Any Remaining Moisture: Make sure the area around the condenser is clean and dry to prevent further mold buildup. If you encounter any issues or have more specific questions regarding your model, feel free to reach out to Frigidaire customer support. We hope this helps you restore the functionality of your wine cooler! ~Juan
