“The unit says the temp goes down to 41 degrees but when I get it to 50 it goes back to 64. 50 is as low as I can get it. What am I doing wrong?”

Hi, TomTom! The temperature range MIN and MAX is 41 - 54° F for the upper zone and 54 - 64° F for the lower zone. ~ Briana
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You might be using the wrong rack???? Upper is for white/lower for red.... should be other way around because heat rises and red should be room temp!!!! Try and see if that works...
