• Yes, it's like a drawer type shelf, two attached in the frame of a box.

• Yes. The bottom of the rack isn't counted as a shelf.

• Yes, there is a wooden insert at the bottom to allow for an extra row. The very bottom is a shorter in depth so you'd need to put shorter bottles at the bottom.

• Yes it does. It is a unit all pre-assembled into a small 1/2 depth shelf with the top and bottom like the picture. That area holds 1/2 bottles really nicely
