QuestionIf you change the direction that the door swings open, are the original hinge holes at the top of the fridge exposed or are there plugs provided to cover the holes?

- Answer Hey Motown, No this unit does not offer humidity control. I had to return 2 units due to dents & the shelves do not work; can not pull them out after you load your wine. Stay away and find a better unit. All the best.

QuestionJust received this cooler as gift.Find it a little noisy, gurgling, and 1/3 of bottles I own won't fit on the shelves because they are slightly larger. Can't begin to pull the shelves out when loaded. Are thinner shelves available? 38 bottles, no way!!

The power cord of the appliance is equipped with a three-prong grounding plug for your protection against electrical shock hazards. QuestionWhy does my ffwc38b2rs make a dull popping noise when it turns off?

- Answer Hi, Luis. Thanks for reaching out. Based on the details you provide it does appear the “popping” sound could be your defrost heater. During the defrost cycles, water dripping onto the defrost heater may cause a hissing or sizzling sound. After defrosting, a popping/crackling sound may occur. This is normal for a fully automatic defrost refrigerator/cooler. The defrost cycle occurs periodically, lasting about 30 minutes. QuestionIs mine defective? I have separate thermometers on each shelf. The upper zone is set at 44F, and the upper shelfs read 52.9F, 48.9F, and 43.9F. The lower zone is set at 64F and the lower shelfs read 54F, 53.6F, 54.5F, and 50.4F. This can't be normal.

- Answer I think its normal and just a poor design. Mine has the same issues. There is no internal airflow therefor the temperature cannot be accurately regulated.
