QuestionWe are thinking of getting this model - but height is at 47 inches. Our preestimator suggested 30 Inches as a good height. Can you break down the inches for the body itself vs the back panel? Thx! JKJ

- Answer The gas connection is located on the back of the range, lower right. The flex gas line is flexible, so if the gas connection is within 4 feet, you should be fine. You can view/download the installation manual herre: http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Springfield/316903000.pdf

QuestioncleaningI am having such a problem keeping the top of this stove clean. The black top looks terrible. I have tried everything from plain soap and water to cleaning solvents. Every time I clean it it gets very streaky and looks un clean. What do you reccomend?

- Answer I use Zep Degreaser on my ranges. Once cleaned and free of grease.... I use Windex. I have 2 ranges, a $2300 Whirlpool (stainless steel and this black range....they both get streaked. Its just no way to avoid streaks...if any grease is on the stove or cloth.

- Answer Stove top can be, but I do not think the oven can or should be, as the control panel doesn't work without power, and there would be no way to set the correct temperature.
