QuestionSo far happy with refrigerator but one issue,I attempted to change the doors from right it left but the 'screws' are impossible to move.I'm not sue if it's meant for Phillips head or other type of screwdriver/ratchet? Maybe Frigidaire has a tool for this?

- Answer Hi, Permagrin! The unit isn't shipped in a box, it will be wrapped in an cushion with Styrofoam. It's best to keep your refrigerator in an upright position. Putting a refrigerator down on its side can cause damage to the refrigerator compressor. -Bianca
