“Compressor Doesn't Automatically Come On I purchased this unit about a month and a half ago. From day one, the freezer will turn on and freeze the food fine, but the compressor won't automatically turn on, so the food starts to thaw. I have to turn the unit off then on again for it to cool back down. This happens twice a day. Any solutions for this problem? I really don't want to deal with a return. Thanks.”

• Mine turns off and on by itself. Yours must be defective.

• This is definately not normal operation for this unit. You should call 1-800-Frigidaire and have a service technician come out and take a look at it. Thank You, Frigidaire
