Q: QuestionMy stove is hardly over a year old and a few months ago it started powering off and back on ok that was strange but I just had to reset the clock and that was it then it powered off and the clock and oven doesn't work any more just top does

Q: QuestionWhat material is used on the strip that surrounds the top of the glass stove? Our previous stove had a plastic strip around it and of course because it gets hot it melted the plastic. We want to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
