“The manual says that when running the unit on "fan only" the vent must be opened. How? This is neither shown nor explained in the manual.”

• Answering my own question here. After two weeks of back and forth messaging with customer support, they forwarded this issue to marketing. The manual should be revised to be model specific regarding features, and the boxes should clearly state them as well. That being said, the unit works great, marketing doesn't.

• THERE IS NO VENT TO OPEN OR CLOSE ON THIS MODEL.. IT IS ONLY ON MODELS OF 1500 BTU & UP
