Hello we bought two units for our home both seem to be having the same water condensation inside the unit and sound that sounds of dripping water... is it possible both are defective? Is this normal?? null

Your new high-efficiency air conditioner may make unfamiliar sounds. These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. They also indicate your appliance is operating as designed.

Based on the details you provide it does appear the “dripping” sound is droplets of water hitting the condenser during normal operation.

I too could hear water and thought someone left hose on but they hadn't...so I just figured it was normal...it certainly is working fine
