“One vent blows air strongly, the other does not, is this a defect?”

• Most units I have ever had are like this based on the design - this unit is better than most.

• No it is not. The design of the air chamber inside the unit is such that air exits the unit at a higher volume on one side. The vents are adjustable so that you can direct air in the direction you wish. Thank You, Frigidaire
