A:AnswerHey ad6771! We do not recommend stacking the wine cooler FWC084HM upon one another. There is not a kit designed for proper leveling a wine cooler on top of a wine cooler. We hope this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

A:AnswerHey Frigidaire Shopper! The buzzing noise coming from the wine cooler FWC084HM may be coming from the compressor to help cool down items being stored. Hopefully this information is helpful. If you need additional assistance please feel free to contact us directly or via the Q&A forum on this website. –Thanks!-
A:AnswerHow warm is the room it is located in? The manual suggests a maximum temperature for the room in order to bring the internal temperature down - mine won't go below 54 in a room that is about 82. If you have it tucked into a small space, do you have adequate ventilation? The cooler itself may be heating up the space if you do not have room behind it for the fan exhaust.
A:AnswerDefinitely not deep enough for tall Reislings. The cooling unit sticks out along the back wall of the interior so you lose additional space for the two middle bottles on both shelves because of that. You have to take the shelf out (reducing capacity to 4 bottles) and put them in sideways. Also not wide or tall enough for champagne--you have to force the champagne bottles in, and in doing so I ruined the label of a really nice bottle.

A:AnswerIf the product was cold when you unpacked it, please open the door to let the interior reach the same temperature as the room; then try to set the temperature again. Also please check that you are not in Celsius temperature display and the reading is "10". Press the button at the bottom of the control panel (if it switches to Farenheit, it should read "50" on the display).
