“Can this AC adapt to a 220 volt socket? Many older apartments have 220 volt sockets especially for air conditioners. Plug a 110v AC into 220v may blow the unit. Are there air conditioners sold now-days with 220v power and plug? Thanks !”

• This model is 110v. There are still units that can run at 220, but not until you get to the very high but units.
