A:AnswerHi Kris. We do apologize if the information was not clear. We do recommend to have two persons for this installation. First, you will need to remove the air conditioner from the exterior cabinet. For the exterior brackets you will want to put them in place and mark the top and the bottom so that you will know where to attach the angle brackets. Then adjust the height of the angle bracket to allow for a 1/8" to 1/4" downward tilt of the air conditioner. Feel free to give us a call if you still need assistance.
