• I have had no problem. I am wondering if the door seal may not seal in all areas of the freezer door for the people that are having this problem. I had this problem on a chest freezer that wasn't closed properly.

• I don't have a problem with that, but we use a lot of ice and I also check on it and shut the ice maker off it the bin is full.
