Question1) Does an air exhaust exist? 2).what is behind the panel below the oven door? Is this a drawer? if so, what are the inside dimensions? thank you

- Answer Air comes out at the top above the handle. Below the oven is a small storage compartment to store an oven rack and cookie sheets. Height is about 4 inches. It may be specified in the product dimensions. The door flips down like the oven door. I tried attaching a photo but the upload kept failing. This oven is packed with features including air fry, steam clean and steam bake. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

- Answer My oven didn't come in a box. It was totally encased in heavy plastic with strong supportive styrofoam on all corners and sturdy cardboard on top and bottom.

- Answer This is a built-in model that requires it to sit inside and be supported from underneath by cabinetry. It isn’t hung, but sits on top of. The space under the counter would need to account for it sitting on the support for it which would include the desired height of the oven. Most under counter cabinetry such support is on the floor with shelves at various levels. A standard under counter shelve may not support the oven without being bolstered.
