QuestionI just had this oven installed today. I turned temp to 400 degrees to run for an hour as instructed to burn off chemicals before actual cooking use. Why is heat coming out of top of door? So much heat that my alarm system near oven went off.

- Answer They had a 3rd party install the oven. They did not add any trim so there was a space top and bottom, but the oven fits firmly. The workers were great, knowledgeable and careful
