Q: QuestionCan you tell me why the ice looks cloudy when melting in my water?

• A:Answer If you just purchased it you should let the ice fill all the way about 3 times and dump it each time. Same as with the water fill a 2 quart jug about 3 times and dump it each time. You should see a difference with the water and ice not being cloudy anymore. This is what the delivery guys recommended.

Q: QuestionI have a reverse osmosis line feed to my current refrigerator. I cannot use the internal water filter included with this refrigerator. Can I simply remove (or not use) the water filter? Is any plug required if not using the water filter?

• A:Answer Great question, Mike! We would recommend installing a filter bypass since you already have a filtration system. A bypass will not filter the water, but will fit in the place of the filter housing and allow water to pass through unobstructed. A15601102 is the filter bypass for your model. -Bianca

I been with out a fridge over 2 weeks. I been having to use a large ice chest in my living room just to keep my medications and oil but if food for my kids smh!! I would definitely return it. Waiting on a replacement but I will definitely not be getting same item!!

• A:Answer 68.25".... I encountered a discrepancy between Best Buy's measurement and Frigidaire's. If I would have gone with Best Buy's height measurement I would have written this model off as being too high. Double check specs with the manufacturer.

The side-by-side refrigerator has a separate room for the freezer and refrigerator and it does not have a feature or option to use the freezer as a normal refrigerator.
