My one door stays open but the other one closes on my. I think it has to do with the leveling of the doors or entire refrigerator but I figured out if you pull the one long cooler drawer open, it holds the doors open so that's what I do.

They will stay open if you push them back...for example to put a whole sheet cake on the shelf...when you go to close, they will catch at a certain point and close themselves...
