“did not receive offset rack with oven, how do I get this According to one answer given, there should have been an offset rack with my new oven. There was not. I can not get anybody with Frigidaire to inform me of where I can get this. I feel that is should have come with my oven.”

This range included an offset rack in its design, part number 316496205. If your unit did not arrive with one please contact the store of purchase initially so that one may be ordered if need be. Thank you, Frigidaire
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your oven did come with the rack, you just have to follow the directions in the manual on how to attach the bracket pieces. It's basically a simple hook that came in the pouch with your manual - one end attaches to the rack and the other end attaches to the bracket on the oven door. Check your manual, you'll see.
