- Answer Other than the GRLP3 kit, you should not need anything additional to convert your range. Please remember that installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer.

QuestionConvection air heating?Besides the 2 heating elements (below bake and top broil), does this product have a 3rd heating element for the convection fan, is that air heated too?

- Answer It has two heating wands. The convection fan is located in the middle of the back of the oven. The controls have the choice of regular baking(no convection fan) and quick bake(with the convection fan). Both regular baking and quick bake(convection) use the bottom heating wand. The convection fan circulates for the quicker baking, that also can serve as a crisper bake.

QuestionQuestion about available featuresWe purchased model BGGF3042KF. It has yet to be delivered and I have been reading through some of the questions to get a better idea of some of the features. Unfortunately, I have found conflicting information. First, does this model have stainless or black burner knobs? Second, does this model have a temperature probe? Third, does this model have a warming feature? Fourth, does this model come with the griddle for the 5th burner? Thank you for any help you can offer.

- Answer It has stainless steel knobs. No temperature probe. A grill comes with it for the 5th burner.

- Answer the griddle comes with the oven and does not need to be purchased seperately. some model ovens do require you to purchase the griddle seperately, read the fine print.

QuestionHOW CAN THERE BE MANY DIFFERENT ANSWERS TO THE SAME QUESTIONS?Does this model come equipped with the griddle and the temperature probe? If this model does not come with the temperature probe, is there an outlet on the range to accommodate the probe if it were purchased from Frigidaire? The Frigidaire answer team has contradicted itself in answering these questions many times throughout the Q&A section on this model. It would be nice if the answers were consistent. The inconsistency means that half of these answers are incorrect.
