I have , but you must be careful not to drag the pan across the top- you might scratch it.

The most popular materials available are aluminum, copper, stainless steel, cast iron and porcelain-enamel on metal. However, cast iron is a slow heat conductor that will retain heat very well. It cooks evenly once cooking temperature is reached. Keep in mind if cast iron pans slide across the ceramic cooktop, they may leave metal marks which will resemble scratches.
