Hi there Loou. We greatly appreciate the inquiry! Air Fry allows super heated air to circulate in the oven to provide crispy, golden results without all the oil that deep frying requires. The Air Fry feature uses the broil, bake, and convection element, along with the fan to move heated air. All the heating elements are used for best results.
