- Answer Our range came with a rectangle reversible cast iron griddle. 1 side flat for pancakes, the other side for grilling.

QuestionWhen I use the oven (bake, convection or air fry mode), I noticed very hot air blowing out from an opening at the back off the stove. Is this normal? If so, is there an option to divert the hot air? My range uses propane. Thanks.

- Answer Hey there, Steff! We are happy to help. It is normal. That opening you notice is the oven vent for your model range. The oven is vented as shown in Figure 11 of your Use and Care Guide. When the oven is on, warm air is released through the vent. This venting is necessary for proper air circulation in the oven and good baking results. Do not block this oven vent. Never close off the openings with aluminum foil or any other material. Steam or moisture may appear near the oven vent. This is normal. I hope this helps. - Answer Hi there Loou. We greatly appreciate the inquiry! Air Fry allows super heated air to circulate in the oven to provide crispy, golden results without all the oil that deep frying requires. The Air Fry feature uses the broil, bake, and convection element, along with the fan to move heated air. All the heating elements are used for best results. Think of it as super heated air, available to start using in less than 5 minutes. Intended for single rack use. Hope this helps. ~ Anna

- Answer Yes you can. Though I must say the grates are extremely heavy and are the size of the entire length of the stove top from front to back. 3 entire pieces. One to cover both burners on left. On to cover both burners on the right. One to cover the center burner. I love our stove, but one complaint I have is that the burner knobs are extremely easy to turn. No need to push the knob in to get it to turn on. I’ve turned on the stove by simply rubbing past it and another time leaning against it. Thankfully no small kids to worry about. Other than this, great piece!
