QuestionI bought this range about six months ago, very disappointed in the air fry feature. Air frying French fries or frozen hors d'oeurves is great But air frying chicken wings has been impossible. Smoking up the entire house is a big problem. What do I do?

QuestionWe just got our stove. All the burners are creating black soot all over our pots. Made sure all gas connections are secure. Gas is turn up all the way. What is the fix for this? Thank you

QuestionI received my range last week. The range does not fit flush to the wall due to the gas piping. Is there any way I can lift the stove up an inch to allow the piping to fit under the lip of the oven?
