I'm responding here due to the 4-wire response. Frigidaire includes an installation guide on their website for this model stove. It says you can use a 3-prong wire in homes with existing 3-wire connections in the US. I am going to talk with someone in-store to confirm, but I was about to go with a different stove after seeing that answer, so I thought I'd add the info here. Scroll down toward the bottom of the page. There's a section for "Guides and Manuals" that will be of assistance: https://www.frigidaire.com/en/p/kitchen/ranges/induction-ranges/GCFI3060BF
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The stove needs a 240V / 40 amp line. If you don't have experience with running an electrical circuit, get a licensed electrician
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need 240v 4-wire on a 50 amp breaker. You might have that there. However my home built in 1979 had only had three-wire receptacle and a thirty amp breaker. Unless you an electrician you will need to get one to install a line. This model needs a 50 amp breaker.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to install more more amperage to my home- only had 100 A to begin with. I had an electrician install 40A more to my circuit breaker.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for reaching out. To have the appropriate outlet with the properly grounded wall receptacle, it is recommended that it be installed by a qualified electrician. Electrical connections need a power supply cord with a 4-prong grounding plug and a 240-volt wall outlet. ~Ruth
