• I believe it would but not be heavy enough to hold GPS with out danage to vent.

• Our air vent mounts are designed to be universal with most vehicle vents because it is adjustable to fit. We do not have a compatibility list to guarantee the mount with a 2008 Lexus rx350. ~JH
