The website claims that it can go 6 weeks as a watch and about 8 hours running the GPS, and I have found this to be accurate for the GPS. I haven't gone a full week without running the GPS so not sure about the time for just a watch, however, the time using as a GPS has been between 8-11 hours. It's really a great tool!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On a full charge the Forerunner 220 can provide up to 6 weeks in watch mode, or up to 10 hours in training mode. Depending on if additional sensors (such as a heart rate monitor) are used during activities, the battery charge may deplete faster. ^DK
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you use it as a watch primarily and train 5 to 7 hours a week, you should get at least 4 weeks of battery life.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've only had to charge my watch twice in the 4 weeks that I've had it. I log about 3-hours of training per week on it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I charge mine once every two weeks. I run 45-60 min 3 times a week. It doesn't take long to charge either. It gives you a battery indicator so you know when to charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use my watch 5 days a week and only charge it 1 time a week. It also depends if u are using the watch to full capabilities gps or not and sorting thru the options on the screen and things like that. When I pay with the watch and wear it as if it was a regular watch it holds a charge all week and then I charge it on Friday nights when I get home for about an hour or so.
