No, but it does sync with apples health app if you have an iPhone.

Yes, as long as you have connected the Garmin app and MyFitnessPal

This will sync to Garmin connect which will then sync to Myfitnesspal. I use Myfitnesspal to track calories and sync that with garmin connect for my other health data. This configuration works great.
