“do you need them too install it. can anyone install it or is it easier if they do it”

• Installation instructions are included with the BC 20, however Garmin strongly recommends professional installation. The installation instructions can be found at the link below: http://static.garmincdn.com/pumac/BC_20_Install_ML.pdf -NM

• I had installed by GeekSquad at the local Best Buy store and they did a very professional job at a reasonable price ($149). Unless you're handy with cars I wouldn't recommend installing it yourself.
