This Garmin is the Best! It's Great Not To Hear "RECALCULATING" everytime we make a change in roads. We took our whole family on a vacation to Galveston, TX and never had a more enjoyable drive. Loved the Larger Screen, Turn Lane Assistance and Traffic Updates. This navigator made it a joy driving in heavy traffic at highway speeds. We never made a wrong turn or had to backtrack due to missing a turn. We had to make a detour in Dallas that we were warned about by our Garmin. I'm sold on this model and would definitely purchase another if this one ever got damaged.

This is the device I was waiting for. A GPS - backup camera combo is a great idea, I'm surprised there aren't more deices like this on the market. Backup camera works great, I find resolution quite adequate and it works under any light conditions. GPS is easy to use, two features in particular impressed me: lane guidance is the best I've seen, and voice recognition is amazing. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is that it has the same flaw as all Garmin GPS devices that I've owned going back to the original StreetPilot model. Even when the routing preference is set to "Faster Time", it doesn't give enough preference to freeways and wants you to use local roads when a freeway route is demonstrably faster, never mind more convenient. I had this installed by GeekSquad at the local Best Buy store and they did a very professional job at a reasonable price, I paid $149 for installation and it was done in a couple of hours.

I have had several & the Garmin is by far the best & easiest to use. Really like the huge 7 inch screen. It picks up gas stations, restaurants, even businesses on the screen with no input from you. Rear camera is not very hard to hook up & works great. I really like the traffic notices & school zone notices also, great gps.

If your car doesn't already have a backup camera this is a great addition. Yes you can use phones for navigation, but I prefer the dedicated hands free GPS unit -- and the backup camera functionality all on the same screen. Two very important safety considerations as well. My 2nd unit now, first one worked out really well, whole family knows how to use them and likes them. Can still detach GPS and take on family vacations/other vehicles (without camera) and save on rentals using your own way-point library

It comes with lifetime traffic and map updates so you'll always be current. The voice command feature is my favorite because using it makes the GPS hands free and less of a hassle. I love the large 7" display. It feels well built but I suggest buying the geek squad replacement plan for piece of mind. All in all, I would recommend this product for anyone.

Of the many GPS systems I have used over the years, including some OEM factory ones, this has got to be the easiest to use. The Voice Command feature is simple, and requires few steps to initiate navigation.

I purchased this specific unit for it's backup camera feature. I've not yet installed the camera on my trailer so I can't comment regarding its performance. However, the GPS unit is easy to use and the large screen makes it very visible. I purchased the large friction mount, too, and the unit seems to ride very well on my dash despite it's large size.

Nice system but pretty disappointed in the depth of data in the database, thank goodness I can link this to the app on my phone because I have had to use my phone to find places 9 out of 10 times....makes the voice recognition search pretty useless. Like the rear view camera, works well so far. Overall I would only give this an average rating until they improve the poor database maps. Also, very easy to install the camera yourself, don't waste money paying to have it installed.

This has been so far the easiest GPS unit i have used very easy to use and easy to read It has weather and traffic updates that stay current!!!

Clear bright display and easy to read. no longer getting lost. Clear audio and back up camera works great.

Easy to set up the Garmin but the rear view camera took quite a while. After I took off the inside cover on the rear hatch of my 2004 Jeep WJ,I had to run the cables alongside the harness to keep it neat and functional. I had to drill two holes to get the wires to the rear backup lightbulb so the camera goes on when you put it in reverse. I had quite a problem getting the Garmin and the transmitter to 'Pair' but it eventually did.

No issues so far with this GPS. Bought it instead of buying a new truck with factory installed GPS and very pleased so far. Have tested but have not hooked up the backup camera yet but plan to install it so that I can switch on to monitor trailer hitch while driving.

Love the product. Best GPS I've ever had. 7" screen is great. Backup camera is great, for the price. Took two tries to install. First time powered the camera from the reverse light. Backup camera worked for a few seconds, than lost signal. Best Buy sent the unit back to Garmin, but same thing happened with the new unit. Second Best Buy technician determined that as the backup light stayed on for a few seconds, there wasn't enough power for the camera. Installed a relay to trigger the camera from the reverse light, but connected power from another source. Solved the problem. Camera and GPS have worked without a problem since. Despite an earlier negative review, I now recommend this unit.

Gps unit , purchased and installed buy best buy in Hot Springs Ar. The store and installation department did a great job ! The unit worked fine , even the back up camera. The garmin is a very good gps unit, easy to use.

I like Garmin I like the size of the camera I like the size of the screen this took it on a trip found roads that right down the dirt road that were listed on the trails and Roads thought this experience was awesome.

Unit hooked up easily and reliability has been great on both GPS and back-up camera. Resolution on back-up camera is OK but could be better.

Garmin is always a great GPS so I will talk about the backup camera. I installed this on a dodge van and it worked great. I installed it on top of the rear hatch and installed the transmitter inside on overhead. ran power around the door to brake light. installation was easy and works very well. I would recommend this to everyone looking for backup camera.
