- Answer Yes Spanish is available along with approx. 5 other languages! Not sure about maps but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to.hope this helps :-)

- Answer There should be no problem with entering the street address AFTER you put in the State, City and number of the location you are trying to load. If there are streets with similar names the Garmin should give you a list to choose from. Also, be sure of your spelling. The State is important if you are traveling interstate, as I learned on a recent long trip. If you move from Wyoming to Montana, for example, be sure to enter the new State in the Garmin.

- Answer Hello, The nuvi 52LM does not have Voice Command. Devices that have the Voice Command feature allow you to perform actions by just using your speech, such as adjusting the volume, finding places by name, category, intersection, address, along with accessing the Saved Places and Recent locations. - Answer i used mine as a fed ex driver and they hooked it up to their comp system and it uploaded all my stops. you have to delete previous day stops

- Answer If I drove for a living, I would buy the best unit possible, especially if it was tailored specifically for the trucking industry. This unit can be set to truck mode; I'm not sure how accurate that mode would be.

- Answer I used my Garmin in Costa Rica. I got a free map from the http://www.openmapchest.org web site and put the map on a micro SD card which was inserted into the Garmin. Then I simulated the GPS and the location to Costa Rica to test it. When I got to Costa Rica, it loaded the Costa Rica map and worked really well. As long as the Garmin has the capability to add a map to a micro SD card you should be able to use it any where you have a map for and get a GPS signal. I really doubt that you can or shoud delete any of the maps/files that come with the GPS.
