“Ease of updating maps -Concerned mom Do I need to purchase a SD device now and have to upgrade maps on my gps before I use it for the first time and if so is it difficult? I didn't know I would need to purcharse a gps until the last minute and will have to use it within the next day or so to get my child to the correct location for surgery. I am not computer savy at all. HELP! Please.”

No need, it comes preloaded with maps. But to update you just need to USB connect to a PC, very easy.

You are not required to do a map update or connect it to the computer before your first use.
