- Answer The vivofit 3 has an adjustable band with locking clasp. The regular size vivofit 3's circumference is 135-250 mm and the X-Large band's circumference is 165-225 mm.

QuestionI have incorrect readings when I am in countries with bumpy bus rides. Does the vivofit3 (or other version) compensate for things like vehicle movement? (It made me feel VERY athletic!) Thanks.

QuestionHow well does it work kayaking and aerobics exercise tracking?

- Answer Probably not too well. It is basically a step tracker so a lot is based on movement. When I do strength training exercise you can track the time performed and then edit it on the Garmin Connect app. Kayaking may be better since there is arm movement involved.

- Answer I have thin wrist too. I cut off the extra. Cut to any length. I don't put it on very last one so it's more solid. No one can tell. It looks great.

- Answer No setting needed to track sleep. When you download in the morning it will show deep sleep, light sleep, and awake times during the night and movement.

- Answer It works best with a smartphone. You would need to log on to the Garmin website and manually sync if you didn’t have one. I think you also need the app to change settings.

QuestionI attend two water aerobics classes three days a week. I am in the pool usually four hours at a time. Will the chlorine ruin this tracker, or am I ok to use it? My interest is knowing calories burned and what my total workout is.

- Answer I only have mine set up for walking but I LOVE, LOVE.LOVE IT. It records when I swim so it would do running also. Very easy to set up. Changed time automatically when we switched to DST A couple weeks ago. Magnificent tracker. Only need to change the battery once a year. No dairy charging nonsense.
