• It does track calories burned....you would need to sync it with the myfitnesspal app to track calories consumed. You just have to enter into the app the food you are consuming and it will calculate the calories for you

• Estimated calories burned; no provision for calories consumed. You would need something with a bigger screen and data entry capability for that function.
