“Intensity Minutes I'd rather use the "intensity minutes" feature to measure activity rather than steps since arm motion even while not walking/running can register as a step. But what I need to know is how are "intensity minutes" determined? I heard you have to complete at least 10 minutes of having a higher heart rate. Is the "higher heart rate" fixed for all users (such as 150 bpm) or is it dependent on a users heart rate zone (for example exercising in Zone 2 for 10 minutes) which is relative to a users age?”
