How do you know what size? Which is for men/women? null

On the side of the box it gives a picture of how wide the watch is. I have a small wrist so at first the watch felt big but I'm used to it now.

There is no men vs women in size. I have the regular or large as you can adjust size as needed. The small one is for a really tiny person.
