How do I return this? I tried to return to Best Buy on day 17, of course they wouldn't as it was past 15 days. Said I had to contact the MFG. I called Garmin and they said to try a few things and then call if it didn't work and I could get a refund. Called back a few days later and they now say they can't refund because I didn't buy it from them. This device is extremely uncomfortable, it bruises my wrist from the HR monitors sticking out (see picture), says I'm asleep @ 6 pm while I'm bowling even though I have my sleep time set for 11 PM. Stairs are always inaccurate..I want a refund! For the $150 price tag I am extremely unhappy with the product and now with Best Buy and Garmin for not fixing the problem. In the market for a different brand and from a different retailer!
