• The sync is done via blue tooth - however the app stores the data in the cloud so it requires internet to work properly.

• In order to upload and sync any data to your Garmin Connect account from the Garmin vívosmart HR Activity Tracker, or any other Garmin Activity Tracker, your phone and/or computer must have internet connection. In some rare cases Garmin Connect servers might be down, however Garmin will resolve that issue quickly. {CW}
