How far away can the watch be from the phone? null

The distance may vary based on the environment (walls, electronics being used, etc), but you should maintain Bluetooth connection for up to 10 meters (30 feet). (KS)

i have been at least 20 ft away from my phone, two rooms away in my house.

The vívosmart HR measures distance based on accelerometer, which looks for a natural walking movement.
