• Yes. Just swipe to the heart rate display. It will also graph your heart rate. When you sync with your app, it shows you even more info (if you can find it in the menus).

• The vivosmart HR has a screen that will display heart rate. This screen is not displayed all the time. The heart rate will display when you navigate to this screen by swipping through the widget loop.
