Not hard to sync just takes about 2+ minutes even for a day of data.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have iPhone 6s and the set up and functions work easy. The sync has not given me any issues. If you want to use the temp feature on the band you need to keep app open. I haven't tried syncing to my iPad
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to easily pair it with my iPhone through the Connect App. You do have to set up an account with Connect App (free/included) and then connect the device. You can use the app on your iPhone or login from your computer. Your tracker syncs whenever you open the app or throughout the day if the app is left open. Otherwise you can push a button on your tracker and tell it to sync immediately. Charging the tracker has to be done on a computer, though. It has a USB plug that you attach to a computer and then it snaps onto your tracker. It takes 30 minutes or so to charge and then you are charged up for about a week. I have tried plugging the cord into an Apple cube, but didn't have any luck getting it to charge. :( I would prefer to do it that way, but oh well... I still love my Garmin HR
