• The vívosmart has the alarm notification in form of a vibration. While you might want to charge it when sleeping, this might not every every night or you might have some time to charge it when you are not up being active. • Yes you can set up alarm. Charging only takes about 30 minutes to be completely charged. I charge while showering

• Yes, it has this feature. Just keep in mind that it is a vibrate only alarm, so I would not rely only on it (you may not feel)

• Yes a wake up alarm is a part of this device and is easy to set up. The charge normally lasts for a week so it can be worn to alert when wake up time
