“Does this work well for ALL sports/activities? Weight Lifting? Wondering if this would work well for people who weight lift or do hiit training. I want an accurate heart rate and calorie count. Can you use a chest strap with this model if you wanted? I run in the summer but due to super cold winters I choose more weight lifting, hiit workouts indoors during the winter months. Trying to find the best fitness tracker for what I am currently doing. I have never owned a fitness tracker so any help would be great. Does it set up challenges to challenge you workout to workout?”
