• Does a good job monitoring deep, light and total sleep. Battery has to be charged every 3 to 5 days depending on usage - in my experience. Charges up in about 1 to 1.5 hours.

• Yes, the vívosmart HR does track sleep metrics. The battery does need to be recharged, battery life is up to 5 days. -OA

• Yes, this model does track sleep. The battery does need charged occasionally, usually every 5 days or so.
