- Answer yes, there is a widget you can download so that you can use this as a compass since it also has GPS.

QuestionCan you receive texts messages on it? Bluetooth compatible?

- Answer Yes you can see texts on the watch but you cannot reply to them. The watch requires a bluetooth connection to the app on the phone. You need to sync fairly regularly otherwise the watch GPS does not perform reliably.
