- Answer Your shelf needs to be at least 12 3/4” deep X 10 3/16 height X 17 5/16” width. Weight is 22.4 pounds. You are fine if shelf is pre-existing. Very good price for best GE microwave I have used to date. You will love it!

- Answer The best I figured out is when you open the door it gives you options, one is for reheating. It asks what you are heating and you hit that number. Then you have the option of 1, 2 or 3 for length, select one of them and you are on your way. I have not figured out the length of time but it will show you when it starts so you can stop and change the length. I also did not receive a manual so it is indeed a go as you learn game.

QuestionHad a ge 4 in 1 in use for a day. When I have something in the microwave on convection, it runs for a while then says FOOD. I open the door, and hit start and it says H0:00. I can restart by putting the temp in again, but the same thing happens.
