Question2 weeks in on the stainless version and the turntable is making a slight grinding noise and slight stutter sometimes. No debris in grooves. Wheels looks fine. Could the wheels need to break in? I doubt the turntable motor is already bad. Or is it?

QuestionIs the control panel suppose to be lighted? The Owner's Manual/Troubleshooting Tips, on page 14, states that it does. My Model #JES1145 control panel does not.

QuestionWe have a GE microwave that looks just like this in a built in space surrounded by a stainless steel shroud. The dimensions of it is 23 1/2 by 12 1/2. Since this one is not as long can I use a spacer on each side?
